Responsibilities
Be actively licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Have general litigation experience; defense-side backgrounds such as product liability or medical malpractice are strongly preferred
Have deposition experience
Be client centric, adaptable, and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
Be available during core weekday PST business hours (minimum 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
Full-time hours
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term, ongoing (indefinite)
Work location: Remote, some roles include onsite appearances
Onsite appearances may include final status conferences or trial readiness conferences, typically scheduled two weeks in advance
Manage cases from active litigation through resolution, including court appearances and depositions
Receive full training on case strategy from start to finish
Handle depositions, hearings, and court appearances autonomously
Qualification
Required
