Responsibilities
Own the •build• engine end-to-end—from solution design through delivery execution across global engineering teams
Own the Technology organization—set direction and priorities across practices and shared capabilities
Set technical standards—reference architectures, quality bars, and a lightweight solution review/gate
Lead functional teams to continuously develop capability, skills, and asset/accelerator development
Collaborate from a go-to-market standpoint for consultative, hands-on sales support and solutioning, drive technology partnerships, and other market penetration aspects to drive topline revenues
Talent development—hiring bar, coaching, certification roadmaps, and succession for critical roles
Mature delivery methods & operating rhythms, and collaborate with Delivery to drive predictable outcomes
Actively infuse AI into engineering practices to improve speed, quality, and developer effectiveness while driving overall organizational efficiency and market competitiveness
Safeguard commercial performance by aligning scope, staffing models, and delivery approach to margin targets
Hold escalation authority on high-stakes programs; intervene to de-risk architecture, timelines, or quality
Qualification
Required
15+ years in technology leadership within professional services/consulting
Experience leading a technology/delivery org end-to-end (solution design → build → handoff to run)
Proven consultative sales support and solutioning with GTM teams and exec buyers
Direct leadership of global engineering teams across time zones
Deep fluency in modern cloud, data platforms, and software engineering practices
Demonstrated success in instituting technical standards and lightweight solution reviews/gates
Track record of maturing delivery methods, cadence, and predictability
Practical experience embedding AI-infused engineering (tools, acceleration, quality)
Commercial acuity: margin levers, rate realization, staffing models, scope control
High-EQ change leader with a history of building systems, processes, and leaders
Preferred
P&L influence/ownership in a services context; partners on pricing/guardrails
Background in interfacing with Managed Services/Customer Success
Experience launching or scaling practice areas (data, apps/agents, product/design, staffing) and reusable assets
Bachelor's in CS/EE/IS or related; advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred
Relevant credentials helpful (e.g., major cloud architect/Devops; Databricks/Snowflake; security or delivery frameworks), or equivalent experience
