Technical Training Manager- ERP
TBC Corporation is a leader in the mobility industry and one of North America’s largest marketers of automotive replacement tires. The Technical Training Manager will provide training design and facilitation support for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning tool, focusing on developing and delivering training for Oracle ERP Finance and Warehouse Management System modules.

Responsibilities
Leveraging Oracle ERP Subject Matter Experts, develop and deliver engaging, instructor-led technical training sessions for end-users across the organization which build organizational capabilities and enable the workforce through knowledge and skills-practice
Develop training materials for Oracle ERP modules, including user guides, workflow documentation, quick reference sheets, and video tutorials, and eLearnings tailored to the ERP change initiative
Partner with Sr. Manager Change Management to design training implementation plans based on results of needs analysis and work with key stakeholders to execute of training plans
Own and manage end-to-end technical training administration, facilitation, and measurement
Consult with key stakeholders to define training objectives which are measurable and indicate adoption of the skills and behaviors needed for success; Design training to meet defined objectives
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback which measure impact on operational KPIs and behavior adoption, continuously improving training materials accordingly
Assess user proficiency and provide targeted coaching to improve adoption and utilization, as needed
Provide user feedback to project team to support change management initiatives and identify training gaps
Participate in relevant project meetings and provide hands-on support throughout the tool development process, during system go-live, and post-implementation
Collaborate with project and change management teams to ensure consistent messaging and adoption
Partner with Organizational Development team to ensure alignment in training and facilitation practices
Lead creation of end-user documentation and FAQs
Communicate insights, improvement plans, progress, and impact on business outcomes to senior business and HR leaders

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in relevant field required
Minimum of 3 years of training facilitation experience, with at least one year as technical trainer; Oracle experience required
Strong understanding of ERP processes and workflows
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to adapt training for different audiences and learning styles
Ability to partner and build credibility and relationships at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience in identifying, tracking and reporting on learning impact metrics
Preferred
Logistics/ Distribution, IT or Finance experiences preferred
Prior experience in large-scale ERP implementations is highly desirable
