Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellence across service, food execution, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Coach, mentor, and inspire leaders and hourly staff to deliver consistent, standout hospitality
Set the tone for exceptional service. Be visible on the floor, engage with guests, resolve concerns quickly, and consistently exceed expectations
Drive sales and profitability by managing labor, food costs, and operating expenses. Analyze performance metrics and execute strategies to exceed financial goals
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and recipe execution while maintaining brand and operational standards
Implement and uphold strong training programs that support service standards, menu knowledge, and operational excellence at every level
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
Deep understanding of front- and back-of-house operations
Excellent guest-facing and interpersonal skills
Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability management
