Responsibilities
Leading the implementation and growth of digital health solutions at The James
Working closely with health system and academic leadership, physicians, and operational and technical teams
Directing state-of-the-art digital health solutions and programs for patients in all stages of care
Developing professional relationships with identified external vendors/partners
Identifying, developing, accelerating and continually improving digital services across the continuum of care
Building buy-in and support from executive stakeholders and leading change management efforts
Representing digital strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field
8+ years of experience working in healthcare or relevant field
Knowledge and experience in virtual health/telemedicine strongly preferred
Experience in project management
Solid time management/problem solving skills
Experience working effectively with a wide range of colleagues, from entry level to senior executives, physicians, nurses, administrative and information technology staff
Ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused, 'can-do' attitude at all times
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel occasionally
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and human relations skills
Self-motivated, professional
Preferred
Master's degree
Knowledge and experience in at least one (preferably several) of the following: patient engagement, population health, strategy & business development; or acute, ambulatory, physician practice operations
