Designing, building, and securing scalable systems with a strong focus on authentication, authorization, and access control
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Strong database experience (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong understanding of security best practices and secure coding standards
Ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior developers
Preferred
Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Keycloak, SailPoint, or similar
Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT
Experience implementing authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA
Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC and access governance concepts
Experience with Kafka or messaging systems
CI/CD, DevOps exposure
Experience in regulated or security-focused environments (finance, fintech, enterprise SaaS)
