Responsibilities
Provide strategic support to a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with the goal to significantly grow TruServices sales
Design, implement, and continuously improve sales strategies and processes that utilize the potential of non-buyer analyses to significantly gain market share
Use data to drive sales by i.e. analyzing consumption data to develop individual customer reports; by identifying patterns and trends based on historical consumption and sales data; by developing databases and data collection systems; and by conducting continuous market analyses
Build a trusted advisor relationship by partnering with our internal and external sales force in the US, CA, and MX through the use of data analysis, data visualization, and compilation of targeted sales and marketing material
Develop a deep understanding of our Bending and Punching Tooling to effectively convey their technical features and benefits to customers
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their technical needs and provide solutions
Conduct market research and obtain feedback from customers to improve existing products and processes
Gain in-depth knowledge of TruServices and SmartServices portfolio and keep up to date with new products and industry trends
Some travel required for customer visits or shows

Required

Ability to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven experience in a sales engineering, technical consulting, or data analyst role
Good presentation skills
Technical knowledge (for machine tools)
Preferred
B.S. or M.S. in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
