4+ years expConfidential company is seeking a Staff Accountant who will be responsible for the prompt monthly closing of all assigned entities, preparation of financial statements, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. The role involves detailed reconciliation of brokerage trades, reporting trading activities, and processing billing for assigned entities.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed reconciliation of brokerage trades daily, including equities, options, ETFs, and other investment vehicles
Summarize and report trading activities daily using closing investment positions
Process billing for assigned entities as required
The accountant will work with the Accounts Payable/Treasury Analyst staff to insure prompt processing of required payments and reconciliation of all bank accounts of the assigned entities
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
4+ years in a Staff Accountant or higher position
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail
Strong time management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be highly disciplined in self-review and the review of work performed by others
Preferred
Trust and Investment Accounting experience is preferred
Experience using AI to prepare financial analyses and reports is a significant advantage
