Start in 2026 SummerRoche is a leading biotechnology company seeking a summer intern for their Product Development Data Sciences team. The intern will focus on developing innovative methods for clinical drug development and creating software tools for simulations.

Responsibilities
Innovative study design: develop novel methods and tools for clinical drug development with potential applications in diverse therapeutic areas such as immunology, ophthalmology, neuroscience, and CVRM
Developing software tools/packages: Developing code for novel methods and run simulations
Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry
Qualification
Required
Must have attained a Master's Degree (no more than a year ago)
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Required Majors: Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Biotechnology, or related fields
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Passion for learning and curious about drug development in the biotech industry
Solid training in statistics, machine learning, and/or data science
Strong programming ability in R/Python
Preferred
Familiarity with longitudinal data is a plus
