Qualification
Required
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Proficiency in developing sales strategies and conducting market analysis
Team leadership and mentoring abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver results
Self-motivated and able to work independently, especially in a remote environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the MRO or industrial supply industry is a plus
