Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of seismic permitting, lease acquisition, title work, and land negotiations
Proficiency in research and data analysis relevant to land management and renewable energy projects
Experience with GIS mapping tools for property analysis and project planning
Exemplary communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Familiarity with energy land management practices is highly desirable
