Express Employment Professionals is a small, locally owned RV dealership seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales & Digital Marketing Associate. This role combines in-person sales with a strong focus on online marketing and digital customer engagement, requiring the ideal candidate to manage social media accounts and convert digital leads into in-store sales.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information on inventory and pricing
Guide customers through the RV sales process from first contact to purchase
Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales
Manage and update the dealership’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create posts promoting RV inventory, specials, and dealership updates
Take photos and videos of RVs for online listings and social media content
Write clear, engaging descriptions for online and digital media platforms
Monitor and respond to online messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner
Handle online sales leads and convert them into appointments and showroom visits
Assist with basic marketing efforts to increase dealership visibility and sales
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom and outdoor lot
Work closely with ownership and team members in a small-business environment
