Responsibilities
Design and develop AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Build conversational workflows leveraging Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and enterprise systems
Implement Generative AI use cases for business automation and knowledge retrieval
Configure plugins, connectors, APIs, and security models
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices across Power Platform solutions
Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of copilots in production
(Senior/Architect level) Define enterprise Copilot strategy and architecture
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Experience integrating Copilot with Microsoft Graph, APIs, and enterprise data
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI concepts
Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps, Functions)
Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance in Microsoft environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications
Experience with Enterprise AI automation or consulting
Background in chatbot or conversational AI platforms
