Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines business, ensuring all aspects of client servicing are handled with professionalism and efficiency
Utilize strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by working with them daily to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on insurance products
Demonstrate experience in rate-making and possess a general knowledge of underwriting processes to support client needs effectively
Manage and collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve daily operational challenges
Qualification
Required
Valid insurance license is required
Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and the application of policies to meet client needs
Knowledgeable about rating processes and available insurance markets
At least 3 years of experience in servicing commercial business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Applied TAM software preferred
Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI are highly desirable but not required
