Total Rewards Analyst
LHH is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, administration, and delivery of compensation and benefits programs across the United States and Canada. This role involves partnering with various departments to ensure competitive and compliant programs while reporting to the Director of Total Rewards.

Responsibilities
Lead disability and leave programs across the U.S
Administer health and welfare plans in the U.S. and Canada, including eligibility, enrollments, and life‑cycle events
Reconcile benefits billing and invoices; ensure data accuracy across HRIS and vendor systems
Fund HSA and retirement plans on a regular cadence for U.S. and Canadian employees
Partner with benefits vendors on daily operations, escalated issues, audits, and system updates
Support annual open enrollment activities, including system testing, communications, and employee support
Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, provincial standards, etc.)
Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and benchmarking for broad‑based roles
Assist with annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, including data validation and reporting
Support compensation analytics, salary surveys, and leadership reporting
Maintain compensation tools, structures, and documentation
Support executive compensation processes, including equity administration and annual proxy updates
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
Analyze trends related to costs, participation, retention, and program effectiveness
Ensure accurate maintenance of compensation and benefits data
Ensure programs comply with federal, state, and provincial regulations
Support adherence to collective bargaining agreements where applicable
Assist with audits and maintain audit‑ready documentation and SOPs
Identify and implement process improvements across total rewards programs
Develop employee‑facing materials, FAQs, and communications
Support special projects such as system enhancements, vendor changes, and policy updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
Experience working with HRIS and benefits platforms (Workday, SAP, ADP, UKG, Benefitfocus, or similar)
Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits and compensation regulations
High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information
Strong communication and customer‑service orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting both U.S. and Canadian benefits programs
Experience in unionized environments
