Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain and repair HVAC systems; including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, condensers, and pumps
Perform scheduled PMs to ensure ongoing system reliability
Replace filters and other mechanical components as required
Escalate critical issues to management and participate in post-incident analysis
This is a site based role with potential travel on occasion (up to 25%)
Qualification
Required
EPA Section 608 Certification
Over 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
Familiarity with BMS/BAS monitoring and control systems
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations
