2+ years expOne Step Up is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join their Women's Activewear team. This role involves supporting the full product lifecycle, from trend research and concept development to production, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in seasonal trend, color, and print research
Create technical sketches and detailed tech packs for product development
Develop color CADs for internal and external presentations
Communicate with overseas factories to support the development and production process
Review and comment on lab dips and bulk fabric submissions
Source seasonal swatches and trims from factories
Maintain an organized and efficient design workspace
Prepare samples for meetings, including tagging, steaming, and hanging
Create and organize seasonal color cards
Provide support to the Senior Design team as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in activewear or sportswear
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator—comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist across departments
Preferred
Passion for activewear, performance apparel, or an athletic background is a plus
