Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Manage subcontractors, sequencing, inspections, and daily field operations
Enforce safety, quality, and compliance—critical in healthcare & lab settings
Drive schedules, coordinate closely with Project Managers, and resolve issues proactively
Serve as the on-site authority representing the company to owners and inspectors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Superintendent experience with General Contractors in California
Strong experience in commercial, life sciences, and/or healthcare construction
Working knowledge of OSHPD, ICRA, GMP, and Design-Build delivery
Deep understanding of California codes, inspections, and safety requirements
Proven ability to independently run complex, schedule-driven projects
Preferred
Bay Area project experience strongly preferred
