Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including journal entries and transaction records
Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to identify discrepancies
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Prepare financial reports and budgets to support decision-making
Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting
Use QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online for efficient record-keeping

Qualification

QuickBooks ProFinancial ReportingAccounting PracticesUltraTax CSBachelor’s Degree in AccountingAnalytical SkillsProblem-Solving Skills

Required

Extensive knowledge of public and corporate accounting practices, financial reporting, and technical accounting concepts
Proficiency with QuickBooks Pro (Desktop and/or Online)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred

some experience with UltraTax CS
