Translate company strategy into executable business and action plans for the region
Ensure that the region "gets things done" during the launch phase, rather than striving for perfection
Participate in the design of the regional organizational structure and key positions
Build the regional core management team
Establish basic collaboration and decision-making habits before business launch
Lead the regional business launch pace
Define phase objectives, priorities, and resource allocation
Quickly identify problems and drive adjustments in the early stages of launch
Serve as a key link between the region and headquarters
Ensure that headquarters strategies are truly implemented in the region
Provide structured feedback from the regional front lines to headquarters to drive strategy optimization
Establish core management processes and execution rhythms at the regional level
Define key indicators and evaluation mechanisms
Gradually shift regional management from "personal drive" to "system-driven."

Required

Over 20 years of experience in regional management, general management, or senior executive roles

Able to make trade-offs and decisions in an uncertain environment
Able to collaborate deeply with the founding team, representing the region while also understanding the overall picture
