Responsibilities
Represent healthcare providers in litigation against insurance companies involving claim denials and reimbursement disputes
Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and hearings
Analyze and apply health insurance and claims processes in complex coverage disputes
Work directly with shareholder leadership on strategy and case development
Develop strong client relationships and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare litigation, insurance litigation, or healthcare-related prosecution
Strong understanding of health insurance claims and reimbursement processes
Litigation experience at any stage (motions, discovery, hearings preferred)
Florida Bar admission (or ability to obtain)
Interest in working primarily out of the St. Petersburg office with flexibility to work hybrid and from the Tampa office as needed
