Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee and scale its clinical and business operations
The practice specializes in longevity and regenerative therapies and operates outside traditional insurance models, enabling a patient-first, innovation-driven approach to care
Oversee and optimize day-to-day clinic operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Lead and execute growth strategies to scale annual revenue from $3M to $6M+
Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
Hire, train, and manage administrative and operational staff
Maintain composure and sound judgment during periods of growth, transition, or operational challenges
Drive operational efficiency through systems development, process improvement, and performance tracking
Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to align operational execution with business objectives
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, implementing strategic improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and healthcare standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or private-pay environments
Demonstrated success in scaling business revenue and operations
Strong financial acumen, leadership capability, and organizational skills
Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
