Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that hit — and surpass — company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and smart prospecting
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to maximize growth and customer success
Deliver engaging product demos and presentations that spotlight the power of our custom turnkey solutions
Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to align strategies with product roadmaps and market needs
Stay plugged into industry trends, emerging tech, and the competitive landscape to position IDS ahead of the curve
Prepare clear and insightful sales forecasts, reports, and executive presentations
Represent IDS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to grow brand presence and generate leads
Invest in your professional growth through ongoing training, learning, and skill building

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus)
Strong technical curiosity and a solid grasp of LCDs, SBCs, embedded systems, and related technologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — you're confident turning complexity into clarity
A talent for building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting targets and scaling revenue
Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to thrive both independently and in team settings
Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend events, and support business development
