Responsibilities

Support documentation management for packaging materials, including data review and system updates
Update enterprise systems with new specifications and coordinate access for stakeholders
Help develop and maintain procedures, templates, and project work instructions
Ensure documentation adheres to relevant industry standards and internal quality requirements
Support onboarding activities for new projects, process improvement efforts, and feedback initiatives

Qualification

Required

1-2 years of experience supporting packaging or packaging engineering activities, especially documentation and compliance
Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP), Microsoft 365 (Lists, SharePoint, Excel)
Understanding of technical documentation standards and working within regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Effective communicator and collaborator
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established procedures
Proactive in identifying and resolving gaps in data or instructions

Preferred

Experience supporting documentation management or system integration projects in a regulated industry (medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (macros, queries) and intermediate Microsoft 365 proficiency (workflows, enhanced task management)
Familiarity with technical drawings, bills of materials, and material specifications
Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments requiring strong follow-through and adaptability
