Responsibilities
Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify requirements and design solutions
Write, test, and debug programs to ensure they meet specifications and are functional
Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications
Collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and IT teams to understand needs and explain technical concepts
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system design documents
Identify and resolve issues within systems and applications
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4+ years of experience using .Net Programming Skills
Knowledge of database structures and management systems, with a preference for experience in large, regulated industry environments
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
Degree(s) related to computer science
Preferred
Experience in the financial industry is preferred
