DESKSIDE Support Technician
Law Firm is an international organization with an office in Troy seeking an entry-level Deskside Support Technician to join their team. The role involves providing technical support to employees, assisting with IT projects, and ensuring smooth operation of technology in the office.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support by answering help-desk calls as needed for all staff members, both in-house and remote
Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into IS Department tracking system
Configure, deliver and install computers and peripherals
Setup and support presentations and meetings
Move and install PC's as set up and take down equipment
Interact with servers and communication services
Complete various tasks and projects as assigned
Part of on-call after-hours support rotation
Travel on occasion to other offices for support and/or projects as needed including overtime when needed
Qualification
Required
Must have one year of desk-side support as well as remote experience
Solid experience troubleshooting Windows and Windows applications
Experience with personal computer hardware problem diagnosis
Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office Suite 2016 and Office 365
Worked with Active Directory
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow-up in a timely and efficient manner
Preferred
A+ certification desirable, but not required
Experiencing in corporate environment desirable
