They are seeking a motivated Software Engineer II to build technology that enhances healthcare access across web and mobile applications, contributing to both frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn quickly, take ownership, and ship impactful features
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver simple, user-friendly experiences
Build and enhance core Getlabs applications across web, mobile (iOS), internal tools, and backend APIs
Develop end-to-end features across the stack, including frontend UI, backend APIs, that enable appointment booking, route assignments, patient and partner workflows, real-time communication, and more
Contribute to secure, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant systems
Continuously learn and adapt, producing high-quality work consistently and efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent)
Strong foundation in modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, CSS and HTML
Interested or experienced in iOS development
Familiarity with backend APIs and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
Curiosity about AI development and building AI-assisted workflows
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with a willingness to dive into new areas
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to grow
Collaborative mindset and passion for building great user experiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling responsibilities across the stack
Must be a resident of the United States and a US citizen

Preferred

Experience with healthcare, logistics, or operationally complex systems
Experience with AI, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or observability tools
Personal projects, apps, or open-source contributions that demonstrate initiative and technical skill
