Outside Sales Representative
Risus Talent Partners is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow revenue through new business development and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships and providing creative packaging solutions that help customers lower their total costs.
Responsibilities
Growing revenue by developing new accounts and strengthening current customer relationships
Building trust and delivering solutions with a sense of urgency
Selling across a wide range of product categories including corrugated, foam, labels, packaging materials, equipment, jan-san, and more
Managing a healthy sales pipeline and achieving sales and gross profit goals
Partnering with internal experts and teams to deliver unique customer solutions
Staying on top of market trends, pricing, and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Previous sales experience (bonus if it's in distribution or manufacturing)
Strong people skills—you know how to build rapport and trust quickly
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and keep a strong sales pipeline
A self-starter mindset with drive to continuously grow and improve
