Responsibilities
Support core accounting operations during and post ERP go-live
Post and review journal entries; identify and resolve accounting issues in real time
Apply US GAAP to complex, evolving business scenarios
Partner with accounting staff to troubleshoot discrepancies and improve processes
Drive continuous improvement with an automation and efficiency mindset
Serve as a senior accounting resource for day-to-day questions and problem solving
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
Experience in manufacturing, CPG, retail, or similarly complex environments
Hands-on operational background (comfortable posting entries and digging into details)
Exposure to any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
Preferred
Prior experience supporting or stabilizing a system go-live is a plus
Ability to work onsite in Lakeville, MA (2-3 days preferred)
