Responsibilities
Execute architectural drawings in AutoCAD with speed and precision
Draft live in real time during coordination meetings and working sessions
Implement redlines, markups, and verbal instructions with minimal iteration
Produce clear, accurate construction documents and drawing updates
Maintain clean, organized CAD files (layers, xrefs, blocks, plotting standards)
Qualification
Required
Strong command of AutoCAD (required)
Proven ability to work from verbal direction and incomplete information
Solid understanding of architectural drawings, scales, and detailing
Comfort working under tight deadlines and rapid turnaround expectations
0–5 years of architectural or technical drafting experience
Professional or academic experience producing CD-level drawings
Exposure to construction methods, assemblies, and materials
Preferred
Revit or SketchUp familiarity
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
Experience in interiors, fit-outs, or renovation work
