New Grad, Entry LevelTrinam Design specializes in BIM Drafting & Design for the Commercial Building Facade Industry, and they are seeking a Revit Designer to create and manage BIM models, generate shop drawings, and coordinate with clients. The role involves developing detailed facade designs and collaborating with project teams while utilizing various software tools.

Responsibilities
Create and manage BIM models
Generate shop drawings
Coordinate with various clients to ensure project designs meet specifications
Develop detailed facade designs
Conduct quality checks
Collaborate with project teams
Prepare drawings using provided information gleaned from RFI’s and Architectural drawings
Prepare fabrication drawing packages based on project requirements
Prepare material takeoffs for fabrication process
Read architectural drawings and prepare shop drawings based on them
Communicate status on project management software, tracking time actively and accurately
Ensure drawings meet standards of drafting and company
Prepare & Communicate issues to coworkers as needed
Work/function in a timely and efficient manner
Meet all deadlines for assigned tasks for each project
Evolve and revise workflows as necessary to become more efficient with each project
Provide capable computer hardware to perform work required
Qualification
Required
Must be available during work hours 8am to 5pm EST
Applicant MUST be a resident of one of the following states to be considered for employment: Georgia, Tennessee
Experience in creating and managing BIM models and architectural drawings
Knowledge and expertise in Construction
Experience using Revit and AutoCAD
Proficient in utilizing PyRevit within Revit
Proficient in using industry-related software such as Bluebeam Revu, Recap Pro, and Procore
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct quality checks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Prepare fabrication drawing packages based on project requirements
Prepare material takeoffs for fabrication process
Reading architectural drawings and preparing shop drawings based on them
Being current on Revit and BIM technology and trends
Communicating status on project management software, tracking time actively and accurately
