Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Build and maintain financial models for long-range planning, capital investments, and scenario analysis
Analyze KPIs and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability
Support strategic initiatives including capital planning, competitive analysis, and M&A activity
Assist with quarterly financial communications and external-facing materials
Monitor market trends, peer performance, and forecast variances to inform leadership decisions
Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and Legal to support accurate external reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced certification a plus)
5+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience
Advanced Excel required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior leadership
