Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from start to finish
Mentor and train junior engineers
Design and implement complex electrical systems for commercial buildings
Conduct field surveys, engineering calculations, and assessments of existing electrical systems
Prepare reports, cost estimates, and specifications
Collaborate with other engineers and departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
PE license required
8+ years of professional experience in commercial building design projects
Strong leadership, communication, technical, and organizational skills
Experience managing a team of engineers
Strong knowledge of building, energy, and electrical codes
Experience with LEED Certified projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Visual, and REVIT
Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
