RevOps Lead

The RevOps Lead will be responsible for managing systems, data, and workflows to ensure efficient revenue flow across sales, marketing, product, and finance, while providing insights to improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

Tier customers in HubSpot based on fit for sales coverage and ensure account data is accurate and complete in a repeatable system
Keep CRM company and contact data clean, optimized, and enriched using tools like Clay and ZoomInfo and more
Own all workflow management, data, and reporting in our CRM (HubSpot)
Lead the sales operations function and partner with sales leadership to build and maintain territory and compensation plans
Own and manage the GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and product (HubSpot, Aircall, etc)
Oversee integrations and workflows to make revenue and pipeline flow more efficiently
Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track key revenue metrics
Support sales and marketing leaders with data and insights to improve forecasting, conversion, and coverage
Review commission reports
Own company-wide VoIP system (Aircall) and sales-specific dialer tools
Own and optimize support tools and integrations to drive internal process and system efficiencies (Zendesk, Grafana, Zoho)
Own and optimize contract signature tools and integrations (Docusign + HubSpot)
Migrate to new NPS tool and own it on an ongoing basis
Help the finance team manage expense tooling
Participate in implementation of ERP and eventually drive process improvements on an ongoing basis

Required

Experience with HubSpot CRM
Ability to tier customers based on fit for sales coverage
Experience in keeping CRM company and contact data clean, optimized, and enriched
Proficiency in workflow management, data, and reporting in CRM
Experience leading sales operations function
Ability to partner with sales leadership to build and maintain territory and compensation plans
Experience managing GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and product
Ability to oversee integrations and workflows for revenue and pipeline efficiency
Experience building and maintaining reporting and dashboards for key revenue metrics
Ability to support sales and marketing leaders with data and insights
Experience reviewing commission reports
Ability to manage company-wide VoIP system and sales-specific dialer tools
Experience optimizing support tools and integrations for internal process efficiencies
Experience optimizing contract signature tools and integrations
Ability to migrate to new NPS tool and manage it
Experience helping finance team manage expense tooling
Participation in implementation of ERP and driving process improvements
