Responsibilities
Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial, by maintaining case files and chronologies, organizing materials for review, and managing large document productions
Conducting investigative and background research
Locating witnesses and gathering case information
Reviewing and analyzing documents and depositions
Supporting depositions
Preparing motions and briefs
Managing all aspects of trial preparation, from organizing exhibits and witness binders to coordinating with litigation support teams and handling workrooms and electronic presentations
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Ability to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial
Skills in maintaining case files and chronologies
Ability to organize materials for review
Experience in managing large document productions
Conducting investigative and background research
Locating witnesses and gathering case information
Reviewing and analyzing documents and depositions
Supporting depositions
Preparing motions and briefs
Managing all aspects of trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness binders
Coordinating with litigation support teams
Handling workrooms and electronic presentations
Preferred
Experience in complex litigation
Experience in e-discovery
Hands-on use of e-discovery tools
