Responsibilities
Provide procurement and material tracking logistics support for RCOH production teams
Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in-order-to meet customer requirements
Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in-order-to meet marketing and financial objectives
Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions
Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position
Qualification
Required
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be detail orientated, able to work independently, and have strong communication skills
Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and utilizing and updating Excel spreadsheets for material tracking purposes
Must be able to maintain positive control of material and procedures to pass internal corporate property audits and external government property audits
Must be able to organize, file, and retain Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) paperwork for records and audit purposes
Must have a Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience with Costpoint - Purchasing/Receiving financial system
Experience with Haystack and DLA/DFAS
Experience with Naval equipment/parts
Experience with NAVSEA drawings
