Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and major equipment repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute efficient solutions
Conduct daily maintenance checks and maintain equipment logs
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and organized manner
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of industrial mechanical experience
Proficiency in predictive and preventive maintenance
Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors
Experience with laser alignment, LOTO procedures, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read advanced blueprints and technical diagrams
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and math skills required)
Ability to wear PPE in designated areas and work in varying temperatures
Capability to lift/carry weight and perform work at heights
Successful completion of: + Industrial mechanical written and practical tests. + Pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening
Preferred
Welding experience preferred
Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program (preferred, not required)
