Responsibilities

Provide friendly, solution-oriented interactions with customers by understanding their needs and offering informed guidance on equipment, availability, and rental options
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and prioritizing effective resolution of customer concerns
Gather accurate and complete information for rental reservations to ensure consistency in every transaction
Contact existing customers to renew expiring contracts in coordination with outside sales representatives
Maintain and update rate agreements for all assigned accounts
Share feedback with the sales team regarding customer rate suggestions, equipment usage trends, and invoicing requirements
Manage the inside sales process including qualification, presentation, and closure to generate new revenue opportunities
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proven ability to follow through on tasks and commitments
Set clear goals and develop actionable strategies to achieve them
Build strong relationships with customers while efficiently handling a high volume of transactions
Communicate customer feedback, issues, and concerns effectively to relevant internal teams
Quickly learn the full range of available products and confidently make recommendations to customers

Required

Demonstrated strength in solution-based selling and relationship management
Minimum of three years in a customer support role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, shifting focus as needed to meet organizational demands while showing agility and adaptability
Strong working knowledge of PC and internet-based applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations that connect solutions to business value

Equipment industry knowledge is preferred
