Responsibilities
Implementation of the annual marketing activation plan which effectively promotes priority portfolios in the designated region
Build the overall Envu brand/portfolio presence and reputation in the marketplace through targeted communications activities
Lead the development of the marketing communications activation plan that achieves set strategies for each region
Proactively collaborate with Integrated Campaign Manager, Activation Lead and commercial operations team to define and implement annual activation plans that support and efficiently drive priority Segment growth plans
Manage agency network to create, adapt and implement integrated marketing plans according to strategic priorities and budget, utilizing core assets across various channels
Champion Marketing Excellence by ensuring agencies and Activation team utilizes defined methodologies to rationalize and activate marketing strategies
Coordinate with third-party agency to manage and optimize the delivery of various integrated marketing communications initiatives including digital marketing, sales materials, advertising, social media, public relations, event marketing
Lead internal teams in development of an annual event strategy and subsequent calendar that achieves business and marketing objectives
Lead material review process among R&D, Marketing, Legal and Regulatory to ensure information is accurate and compliant with corporate policies
Lead regional efforts to build the Envu brand in marketing activation plans
Qualification
Required
10+ years with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
Knowledge of the internal workings of advertising agencies and experience managing a network of agencies
Strong understanding of all marketing communication channels with emphasis on integrated approaches to activation
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills as well as presentation skills
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong understanding of campaign analytics
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
