Human Resources Specialist

Provide expert consultation on complex HR projects and initiatives
Formulate solutions and alternatives to resolve sensitive issues
Develop innovative strategies to improve HR processes and efficiency
Recommend policies and procedures to comply with new legislation and control agency requirements
Audit, calculate, gather, and analyze data to support decision-making
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate assignments, projects, and program initiatives
Conduct compliance reviews, field evaluations, and administrative analysis
Review and analyze proposed legislation; advise management on potential impacts
Assist with drafting regulations and conducting program analysis
Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct training sessions as needed
Qualification
Required
