Intogreat Solutions is a technology company seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join their Customer Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to customers regarding the Client Broker Management System and Officetech, ensuring timely responses to support tickets and assisting with user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities
Investigate and triage customer support tickets related to Client's products
Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases
Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks
Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed
Assist with quality assurance and testing activities
Support implementation and consulting teams as required
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Relevant industry experience (specifically insurance broking)
Familiarity with some or all of the following: Freshdesk, TeamViewer, Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, HTML
