Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Signals Processing Engineer to join a talented team of developers, systems integrators, and engineers. The role involves designing and implementing software models for signal processing, serving as a technical expert, and creating innovative methods using commercial off-the-shelf systems.

Responsibilities
Explain developed models in a clear way so team members can understand and use them for signal processing
Serve as a technical expert and guide the implementation of sub-modules for signal processing
Create innovative methods to use commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems for solutions beyond their intended purpose
Design and build software models with subject matter experts using MATLAB or similar tools to process signals
Develop software modules needed for signal processing
Analyze outputs from models and modules to support follow-on processes
Independently design and implement software models as a subject matter expert using MATLAB or similar tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines, plus ten (10) years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Experience analyzing RF signals
Strong skills in C++ and Python programming
Experience building and working with systems in a Linux environment
Knowledge of message queue systems and how they communicate
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred
Background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), especially related to satellite communications
Experience working with DSP hardware and development tools such as digitizers and development kits
Experience using software‑defined radio (SDR) tools like GNURadio or X‑Midas
Experience running signal processing applications in virtualized (VMWare) or containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) environments
