Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑workstream L&D projects aligned with enterprise PMO standards
Navigate shifting priorities with confidence while maintaining project momentum
Balance detailed project execution with big‑picture strategic thinking
Identify friction points and recommend process improvements that respect client systems
Facilitate discussions, synthesize inputs, and mitigate issues on behalf of leadership
Support the design and optimization of HR processes aligned with organizational rhythms
Champion a product‑oriented approach to L&D—prioritizing user experience, feedback loops, and scalability
Applying structured frameworks while collaborating within enterprise PMO environments
Proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Delivering crisp, actionable updates to stakeholders at all levels
Connecting workstreams and managing dependencies with precision
Tracking KPIs and providing transparent, data‑driven reporting
Qualification
Required

Strong familiarity with enterprise PMO methodologies
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital collaboration and reporting tools
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments (nice to have), especially within HR or L&D programs (highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; PMP or similar certification a plus
8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years supporting HR or L&D initiatives
Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
