Responsibilities

Using business intelligence and reporting tools, with strong expertise in Power BI
Hands-on experience with data modeling, dashboard design, and report performance optimization
Experience with tolling or transportation systems is preferred
Strong Power BI skills, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Knowledge of toll lane theory of operation and basic troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with Linux command-line usage and server support
Basic SQL query writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros, VBA, and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with network and system management tools such as CA Unicenter and Orion
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and present insights clearly
Manages multiple moderately complex initiatives that support both operational and strategic decision-making
May provide guidance or mentoring to junior staff on BI tools and reporting best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience

Strong Power BI skills, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
