Responsibilities

Assist with the administrative needs for the department
Provide assistance during events, classes, conferences, etc
Registering participants for classes, events, and support groups
Sending out reminders to participants
Maintaining and updating the participant database
Distributing and collecting class participant sign-in sheets and evaluations
Recording statistical data from the information provided
Answering phones
Covering front desk
Assisting with other general office duties and projects
Assist with programs, as needed, including setting-up and tearing-down
Greeting and checking-in participants

Qualification

MS OfficeAdministrative dutiesEvent assistanceDatabase managementCommunication skills

Required

Currently enrolled at The Ohio State University or another Central Ohio college or university
Demonstrated experience in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
