Responsibilities
Managing supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and alignment with business goals
Negotiating and executing vendor contracts that support strategic sourcing objectives
Implementing supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and resilience
Driving cost reduction initiatives across the supply base
Negotiating contractual terms including payment structures, rebates, and discounts
Leading supplier bidding and selection processes to ensure competitive advantage
Developing a vendor base that supports marketing and manufacturing through strategic partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain)
3+ years of experience in operations
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and contracts
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams
Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Quality
Familiarity with fabric mills or fabric suppliers supporting OEM manufacturing
Strong critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and apply sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
