Responsibilities

Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation, supporting and leading the Workforce Compensation workstream during implementations
Own the end-to-end Workforce Compensation module, including:
Workforce Compensation plans and components
Eligibility profiles and compensation hierarchies
Merit, bonus, and salary increase cycles
Budgeting, modeling, and allocation
Configuration and having knowledge of stock and other deferred compensation
Compensation guidelines, defaults, and performance-based compensation
Approval workflows, security, and audit requirements
Integration points with Core HR, Performance Management, Payroll, and Reporting
Lead and support discovery and design workshops to translate business compensation strategies into Oracle Workforce Compensation solutions
Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation and maintain detailed solution and configuration documentation
Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, UAT, and defect resolution
Assist with deployment activities, cutover preparation, and post-go-live stabilization
Demonstrate proven Workforce Compensation experience across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation releases, new features, and best practices
Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams
Participate on internal projects
Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of three years' experience in a Functional HCM Lead role with exposure to global, cross-pillar Cloud projects
Minimum of at least three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project participation and/or go-lives, preferably cross-pillar and global
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Detail-oriented and ability to successfully drive projects to completion
Quick learner and go-getter
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
