Responsibilities
Support family office and private wealth clients with ongoing accounting and financial reporting
Maintain and update personal and entity financial statements, including consolidations
Track cash flow, bill pay, payroll activity, tax payments, and investment activity
Assist with trust, estate, and tax planning support by organizing documentation and preparing information for tax filings
Build and maintain customized Excel reports, including cash flow projections and ad hoc analyses
Ensure financial records and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and well organized
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in family office, private wealth management, or similar environments supporting high-net-worth clients
Exposure to trust and estate planning or estate tax-related work
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
