Responsibilities
Lead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies to create a proactive safety culture
Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand best practices
Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments
Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and near-misses, then develop corrective action plans
Stay Compliant – Ensure the site adheres to OSHA, federal, and state regulations
Collaborate – Work closely with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3+ years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus: data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
Must have OSHA 30
Ideally OSHA 510 (construction)
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
CHST certification preferred (but not required)
