Responsibilities

Administer Autodesk Build users, roles, job assignments, and integrations
Manage Microsoft SharePoint (cloud) permissions, security reviews, and storage
Manage user access, roles, onboarding/offboarding, and audits across enterprise applications
Maintain application and platform inventory; identify obsolete or duplicate tools
Oversee software license procurement, tracking, renewals, and compliance (SAM)
Support approval, setup, and governance of new applications and major upgrades
Coordinate with vendors and internal SMEs for application support
Support onboarding and training documentation with learning teams
Maintain standardized processes and best practices across platforms

Required

Autodesk Build administration
Microsoft SharePoint (cloud) administration
Experience with construction/engineering systems (Oracle Primavera, Bluebeam, Trimble Spectrum/Accubid, Autodesk)
User roles, permissions, and access management
Software Asset Management (license tracking, renewals, compliance)
Understanding of application integrations (ERP, BIM, project management tools)
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
